Majority of the collection are hand-crafted and cut from natural textiles, vintage, upcycled and deadstock materials. All idiosyncrasies, including uneven textures, surface scratches and textile production spots are part of the fabric and overall garment.

Alterations and Repairs

Our pieces are true to size and alterations of items purchased online are not accepted. If you are not sure of the sizing, please email us at chedstudiomnl@gmail.com, let us help you find the perfect size.

Return Policy

All our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality before shipping. We can only accommodate return of items from unforeseen events, i.e. damaged during shipping, error with the item shipped (i.e. size, color).  Return and refund request will be accommodated within 7 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. We currently do not make exchanges. 

If my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect: If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email chedstudiomnl@gmail.com and include:

  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.
  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future.

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
